Add New Xenica Based Products to WHMCS

In this tutorial I will explain how to link already created VMs to the module (allow your old users to use the new module)

  1. Add New Order to the user and choose the product that is based on Xenica Module click here if you didn’t add any products
  2. in the order form set the product state to pending
  3. on next page make sure you don’t tick (check) “run create module” and click accept
  4. go to user page and select products tab
  5. choose the Xenica based product
  • set the order state to Active state and save
  • write in the username field the exact name of the VM (the name that appears in XenCenter e.g. VM1) and save
  • click on reset bandwidth to start counting the bandwidth to the user
  • add_existing_vms_to_xenica.txt
